Our first meal in Philadelphia! It definitely didn't disappoint. We really enjoyed the beef and noodles, but the string beans weren't the best. I also got a thai tea, which was really good except the boba was a little hard.

Hands down, this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. All their dishes are consistently delicious ... but I award only four stars since there are things -- policies, not food -- that make little sense to me. DJ's hot and sour soup is excellent. However, individual portions are very small, and at $4.50, expensive. I noticed that on line one can get a large, which feeds at least three, for around $9. So that's what I asked for. Nope. If you eat in, you can only get the tiny $4.50 size. With staff working the dining room, you still have to order your meal on a tablet. I asked why. Three reasons: If the server gets the order wrong, he/she has to pay. (Does that really happen?!) Patrons can see photos of what they're ordering. AND -- according to the nice fellow working there -- it's easier for them when they switch up the menu. So, we went with the program. No soup. (Next time we'll get take-out!) An order of double cooked chicken. Delicious, as usual. And Mongolian beef. DJ is byob. Parking is easy in the Target garage, up the stairs. And -- like every time we're there -- almost all patrons are Asian, eating wonderous dishes, unlike the Americanized fare we go for.

Decent Chinese food for the area. I had the dry pot which was a little underwhelming in flavor and a bit too oily but hit the spot for a craving.

This was our first time to have DJ Kitchen's food. We ordered the Vegetable Lo Mein extra spicy, the Stir Fried Broccoli with Jumbo Shrimp and the Veggie Spring Rolls. Everything was a 4.5 out of 5. Note the extra spicy is extra spicy. Depending on how spicy you like your dish be sure to request the level of spice you can handle. The food was well prepared and fresh. We certainly will be back to try their other dishes.

I ordered lunch combo ; orange chicken, pork egg roll, fried rice and bottle of drink I picked up and saw it was can soda, he immediately let me pick different bottle I went to my car and check the food I found it was white rice. Called to the restaurant, the female employee/manager offered to make fried rice and would call me in 5 mins. I waited little over ten minutes but no call. I called them to ask if it was ready and why they did not call and i felt it was same female employee but she acted like didnt know about conversation we had , she told me it was ready. And it must have been her coworker i spoke to Anyway i got my order straight Front staff apologized for the mistake I would double check your order before you leave! Parking is located behind the building, free It just little bit of walk , which was annoying in rainy weather (that i had to go back and forth) Fri rice was good but orange chicken was not that good for my taste but over all presentation of food seems decent and clean (?) Inside of restaurant is very spacious and well decorated

i'm a little mixed about this establishment. I ordered the veggie spring rolls, and the veggie fried rice. the fried rice was actually great (i'm quite picky about fried rice) but it had lots of stringy egg. the spring rolls I LOVED!! BUT they were so tiny!!! so so tiny! and for the price, there are better finds for spring rolls that aren't so tiny! other wise, great place! I haven't eaten in so I wouldn't know about the restaurant itself and I am only speaking on the food I ordered! I did like how many vegetable options there was since I am vegetarian. will go back- but will try to order something more bang for buck!

Super authentic Asian food! I was in a party of 4. We all ordered different apps and entrees, and everything was very good! You order from iPads which is nice! It was also easy for us to all order and pay separately since we were on a work trip! Service was efficient. They are byob which is always nice! We did. It bring drinks, so I'm not sure if there is a corking fee or not. I would definitely recommend DJ Kitchen!
